SPECIAL NOTES TO REMEMBER AT ALL TIMES: Phase 1: Positioning Look at picture... self explanatory. Key to have melee dps deep on her, she has low AC and great amounts of damage can be done by melee. Watch for the Wrath of the Astromancer debuff, move to the BOOM zone. DPS. Easy. Phase 2: Void Adds / Healers / Solarian 3 portals will spawn randomly within the room. The off tank will have a mark to which the entire raid will move to. This position should allow for all 3 adds to get to the tanks at the same time. Using 4 tanks we'll have have back to back AoE taunts, using 2 per add phase. Key to making this work is strong AoE dps to burn adds quickly; and excessively crazy raid dps on the boss. Phase 3: Big Bad Sissy Voidwalker Solarian Nothing special. Turns into a fearing voidwalker that has no real aggro table. Any class is able to tank her. Simply maintain track of who is the "bomb" and make sure they stay away from everyone else.
Phase 1: This phase lasts for 50 seconds. Solarian is tanked by the main tank and the whole raid damages her. After these 50 seconds she portals to the middle of the room and disappears, leaving 3 light portals behind. This is when phase 2 begins.
Phase 2: 10 seconds after Solarian disappears, 12 mobs spawn out of the three portals. These mobs have 20 000 hit points and hit for about 500 on plate. 15 seconds later Solarian reappears out of one of the 3 portals. Simultaneously, 2 healers appear in the two other portals. This is when phase 1 begins again.
Phase 3: When Solarian reaches 20% she will transform into a huge void walker. Unlike Solarian in her previous phases, this void walker has very strong armor. However, she doesn't deal much damage any more. She fears those in melee range but is still Taunt-able. None of the Phase 1 or 2 abilities are cast during this phase. If you entered this phase you can be virtually certain that she will die.
** When you have the debuff "Wrath of the Astromancer" you become a ticking time bomb. You'll take arcane dmg as well as cause reduce arcane resistance. You'll run to the marked "safe zone" to explode and then run back for heals and resume what you were doing before. Its very important to react to this as soon as possible.
** Healers should watch Arcane Missles, the most dangerous ability in human form. Requiring excessive healing to keep targets up. It targets a random raid member, so using an assist macro to target and heal or target of target is preferable.
